Sale and Returns Policy

In the event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not meet your expectations, we offer a Sale Return Policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
– Only products purchased directly from ALLIANCE Group are eligible for return.
– Only unopened and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.

2. Timeframe:
– You must initiate a return request within 3 days from the date of purchase.
– After 3 days, we are unable to accept return requests.

3. Return Process:
– To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within the specified timeframe.
– Our Customer Support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
– The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.

4. Shipping Costs:
– If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., product damage or incorrect item sent), we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item.
– If the return is not due to our error (e.g., customer changed their mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund or Exchange:
– Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
– If the return is approved, we will offer you the choice of a refund or exchange.
– Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
– Exchanges will be processed as soon as possible, subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
– For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used dermal filler products.
– Products purchased from third-party sellers are not eligible for return.

Please note that ALLIANCE Group reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are in violation of our Sale Return Policy.
